Addis Ababa, December 13 (WIC) - President Girma Woldegiorgis has expressed Ethiopia's desire to further enhance bilateral relations with Slovakia.
The President made the statement on Wednesday while holding talks with Milan Dubcek, the departing Slovakian Ambassador to Ethiopia.
He commended the ambassador for his constant efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
The support of the international community is vital in helping Ethiopia achieve its goal to become one of the middle income countries, the President said, and called on Slovakia to reinforce its assistance.
Ambassador Dubcek on his part lauded the support of the Ethiopian government and people for supporting him to achieve his mission during his stay in Addis Ababa.
According to ERTA, the ambassador also pledged to work to further enhancing existing ties between the two nations.
