Egyptian medical team arrives here

Addis Ababa, November 20, 2012 (WIC) - The Egyptian Coptic Church in coordination with the Egyptian Embassy in Addis Ababa and the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church dispatched the fifth medical team to Addis Ababa.

According to a statement the embassy sent to WIC the ten member team consists of highly qualified Egyptian specialists in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
The specialists will conduct surgeries, examine patients and provide lectures at St. Paul Hospital in Addis Ababa.

According to ENA, Egyptian Ambassador to Ethiopia Mohamed Edrees said the physicians are from Britain and Egypt. The Ambassador said the Egyptian Coptic Church had earlier dispatched four medical teams to Ethiopia.
