Canadian Ambassador takes leave of President Girma
Addis Ababa August 11 (WIC) - Canadian Ambassador to Ethiopia, Michèle Lévesque took leave of President Girma WoldeGiorgis on Friday.
On the occasion, she said Ethio-Canada bi-lateral ties have been strengthened in the past three years.
According to her, the trade relation between the two countries is growing with time.
The Ambassador said Ethiopian Airline direct flight to Toronto will boost the over all relations of the two nations.
The flight will help strengthen the joint cooperation between Addis Ababa and Toronto Universities as well as the trade ties between the two countries, she said.
The ambassador said Canada is keen on working closely with Ethiopia in the areas of agriculture, mining, information and hydropower.
