Addis set to successfully host 19th AU Ordinary Session

Addis Ababa, July 11 (WIC) -The Addis Ababa City Administration announced that it has finalized preparation towards success of the 19th Ordinary Session of the African Union scheduled from 09-16 July 2012.

In a press conference he gave here on Tuesday, Mayor of the Addis Ababa City Kuma Demeksa said various activities were undertaken jointly with pertinent offices for the same cause.

Kuma said the hospitality of residents enabled the city to host several international and regional conferences successfully which he said is pride to the residents, the city administration and also the government.

He said the sessions held earlier in the city helped participants to promote good images of the country across the world.
Kuma finally urged the public to cooperate in the efforts to make the meeting successful.
