Addis Ababa, April 30 (WIC) –The Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) disclosed that over 105 million quintals of agricultural output is expected to be reaped this belg (February to May) season.
Ministry Public Relations Bureau Head, Tarekegn Tsige, told WIC the output will be harvested from 1.2 million hectares of land developed in various parts of the country.
Sufficient agricultural inputs were disturbed among farmers in time.
Belg season production accounts 10 percent of Ethiopia’s annual crop production.
