PM Hailemariam hold talks with Pres. Salva Kiir
Addis Ababa, December 27 (WIC) - Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn held talks on Thursday in Juba with President Salva Kiir regarding current affairs in South Sudan.
Prime Minister Hailemariam on the occasion called for an immediate cessation of ongoing hostilities in South Sudan.
He urged all parties to end the conflict and urgently engage in dialogue as well as create an enabling environment for aid to reach the affected populations.
During his stay in Juba, Hailemariam also visited politicians put under government custody in connection with the ongoing conflict.
The Premier then left Juba for Nairobi for talks with leaders of IGAD member states. (ERTA)
