Condos to be built with close to 35 million birr in Dukem town
Town Administration Manager Boke Mideksa told WIC that construction of the condominiums will be launched at two sites soon.
A block production center and 7.2 kms alley roads were built and other facilities readied to prepare ground for the construction, he elaborated.
The condos will rest on 11.7 hectares of land, it was indicated.
The condos would be completed after six months, the manager said.
