It is
a public wisdom that the H.R. 2003 bill is the evil
machination of the
congressman
Donald Payne and his accomplices such as the hawkish
Eritrean regime as well some members of CUD.
Recently the congressman paid a visit to Asmara and gave moral support to the regime involved in various criminal acts by supporting, financing and officially harboring international terrorists.
This
is a clear manifestation or a vivid illustration that
the man has formulated the bill with a view 
to
pleasing his close friends such the notorious Shaibiya
leader and other anti-peace forces with anti-Ethiopia
stance and who don’t wish good for the country. Also in
the picture, it seems that Donald Payne was searching
through his binocular where the Ethiopian border
starts. This also proves that he is commencing to
fulfill his pledge to put pressure on the government of
Ethiopia to accept the commission’s ruling. Hence, we do
not need to go through the bill to learn about it rather
observe the sponsors and individuals behind it such as
Congressman Donald Payne.
