Surprise! U.S. Congressman pays homage to Africa’s head of terrorists
We all believe that the U.S. government is fiercely fighting terrorists wherever they are and it needs allies in this business across the world. We all also think that every American politician, at least congress people, are there to make sure this. No one expects to see its (U.S.) own politicians and congress people engaged in any kind of “diplomatic” or cooperative relations with any government, organization and entity with any kind of link with terrorists, leave alone the terrorists themselves. Bush himself told the world to stand by his side against terrorists saying “You either are with us or otherwise”. Does that warning apply for his congress people? If yes, may be we are going to see some American congress guys joining those in Guantanamo. But why?
It has been abundantly made known to the world that Shaebiya, Eritrea’s one man, one party classically despotic regime, has been actively supporting terrorists in all forms in reply to which the U.S. government has almost designated Eritrea a state sponsor of terrorism. In spite of such threats Shaebiya continued to provide safe haven for international terrorists while actively engaging in destabilizing neighboring countries including one of strongest and closest U.S. allies in the fight against terrorism, Ethiopia. Shabiya hosts, trains and finances international terrorists in addition to smuggling arms and explosives to insurgents in Somalia, according to tope U.S. government officials and UN reports.
Let me share you what U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Jendayi E. Frazer said on September 10, 2007 "…..We are continuing to gather information and evidence……but clearly the fact that Eritrea is providing sanctuary to terrorists, best illustrated by the report that Hassan Daher Awes was in Asmara yesterday and he is designated by the U.S. and UN Security Council for his association with al-Qaida. So he is a designated terrorist attending the conference in Asmara that's supported by the government….So the linkage is quite significant"
There we go! Yeah the linkage is quite significant, if not more than that.
Doesn’t the New Jersey Congress Man Donald Payne know that? I suspect so. That man seems to lack basic information, even as ordinary citizen; don’t judge him as a politician. The last terrible mistake he made due to his lack of information syndrome was the inclusion of an article, in his famous Bill called HR 2003 which has been supported by Ethiopian oppositions operating under CUD or ‘Kinijit”, OLF and ONLF, demanding the Ethiopian government to release convicted opposition leaders who were already pardoned by the government and were there in the U.S. to support the Bill. May I add some? Yeah… he also demanded Ethiopia to establish an electoral institute which he described as the best one but not there in the U.S. Shouldn’t the best institute be there in his own country first than in any other country?
Today early in the morning shabait.com, Shabiya’s official website posted news about Congress Man Donald Payne’s talks with Isayas Afewerki, the monarch of Shaebiya, in Asmara. Hasn’t he talked to Sheikh Hassan Daher Awes and Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed and other rebel leaders from Ethiopia and Sudan among others, who are enjoying life in Asmara? We better assume so! But what issues has he discussed with Isayas? The following…

President Isayas Afwerki today received and held talks at the Denden Hall with Mr. Donald Payne, Member of the House of Representatives in the US Congress.
In the meeting, the two sides held extensive discussion on Eritrean-US relations, the situation in the region, in general, and the Eritrean-Ethiopian border issue, in particular.
As regards the Somali issue, President Isayas pointed out that the policy pursued by the US government and the Ethiopian regime last year not only failed to produce any outcome but also did not benefit Somalia, Ethiopia, the entire region and even the US government. Moreover, the President stressed the need to exert serious efforts towards creating a conducive atmosphere that would enable the Somali people to resolve their issue themselves. To this end, the US government should make due contribution, he added.”
Also spelling out his stance regarding the issue, Mr. Donald Payne stated that the policy pursued so far did not bear fruit, and that the Ethiopian forces should withdraw. "This is the sole option that would lay the groundwork for a Somali solution," the Congressman added.
Concerning Eritrean-US relations, President Isayas indicated that although Eritrea wishes to improve its relations with the United States, the US Administration is not prepared for such constructive relations of cooperation. Hence, all Eritrea's attempts to improve bilateral relations did not produce the desired outcome, the President elaborated.
Stating that the majority of the US population does not accept the policy being pursued by the US Administration in this region and also believes that it is wrong, President Isayas expressed conviction that relations between Eritrea and the United States would ultimately improve.
Following the meeting, Mr. Donald Payne told the Eritrean News Agency that U.S relations with Eritrea holds significance. "I think it is a relationship that we hope will improve as we move forward. I think that it should and it could," he stated.”

Now it’s very easy to see the Congress Man is supporting those who are against his own country and of course against Ethiopia. Like Jendayi E. Frazer put it earlier….SO THE LINKAGE IS QUITE SIGNIFICANT here and now too. What linkage? The linkage among Shaebiya with all the terrorists it provides safe haven, Donald Payne with his infamous HR 2003, Kinijit people particularly Birtukan Mideksa and Dr. Birhanu Nega, and the notorious OLF and ONLF.
Didn’t Ethiopians say that HR 2003 was mainly masterminded and financed by Shaebiya and worshipped by the “Kinijit” people, OLF and ONLF under Donald Payne’s papacy?

Donald Payne with Eritrean dictator
The question for Donald Payne is why democracy and human rights protections are good for Ethiopia and not Eritrea? Why Donald Payne is silent on democracy and human right violations in Eritrea? In Eritrea, there are many well known high profile and countless prisoners languishing without trial all over the country and inhospitable places for many years. There are no media, freedom of press and judicial systems. Outright executions and disappearances are carried out openly. No elections and there are no any of kind of constitutional orders are existing in the country. All makes and models of terrorists from all over operate in the country and become the source of insatiability and insecurity in the region. The Eritrean dictator turns Eritrea in to terrorist hubs. Why then is Donald Payne is silent on Eritrea? Why not Donald Payne is not speaking out against injustice and serious human right violations in Eritrea? Visit of Congressman Donald.
The Congressman is obviously free to visit his friends wherever that may be. But it is clear that his interest is not certainly the protection of human rights nor can the message be any kind of human solidarity. Donald Payne: No Surprise
As to me, I do not see any surprise. Donald, Wedi Afom, Awyes, OLF, ONLF the list goes on, they all have one thing in common: the distruction of Ethiopia. So when you see it this way, there is no any surprise. Infact they need to consult each other from time to time as the Date approaches for the burial of Shaibia and the likes. One message for our brothers inside KINIGIT: Remember always the motherland, try to make a difference between what is a national issue and what is not. When it is a national issue, there should be no question on the need to create a consensus. When it is not, we might differ each other and still live in harmony. It is a public secret that Shaibia is using every weapon at its disposal to bring about the distruction of our Motherland. Hence, to be indifferent on this issue and to try to seize the opportunity for once evil motive, has nothing to do with demcratization, as Donald Payne did it this week. So please come to your terms.

Payne's Visit
Payne is a very confused guy, therefore it doesnt surprise me his visit to his associates mad dog Issayas. For that matter as a senator of the US - a state which is on Global war Against Terrorism- it is a shame to gave visit to a man who is considered as a terrorist. His visit is contrary to the American national interest,foreign policy orientation, and direction. Don't hesitate Payne will give visit Osama Bin Laden, If he has an opportunity to do so. One thing that you should understand is that he is a panic who is trying to have a law to the state relation, where international law it self is impotent.
